Hazel Is Back!
On September 30, 2022, Gothic Records released two albums celebrating the restoration of the Hazel Wright Organ of Christ Cathedral. Hazel is one of the largest organs in the world, with five manuals, two consoles, 300 ranks, and over 17,000 pipes. David Ball, Christ Cathedral Head of Music Ministry, and Associate Organist Emma Whitten have made the first recordings of the newly-restored organ, produced and edited by Roger Sherman. The albums are available online from Gothic Records and streaming on a variety of digital platforms - see track lists and streaming links below! Physical CDs are available for purchase in the Cathedral gift shop and at all Hazel dedication events.
